Walking

From a distance, the clear plastic appears to possess translucent beauty that is transformed into its true cheap and flimsy character upon approach. Reflections and shadows of unusual detail are cast on the walls; the debris on the floor appears tossed up as if from the sea and meet the projected image of waves as they roll onto the shore. The twisted, charred, and torn debris is newspaper, a material that is itself a microcosm of the world as it records daily births, deaths, and disasters.  The sound of the sea permeates the space.
